Hi, I’m Dylan.
The reason I decided to create this space is simple: mental health matters, and I want to help people feel seen, heard, and understood.
I personally struggle with severe depression, ocd, adhd, arfid (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder), anorexia, and trauma from past experiences, and I know how hard it can be to talk about it or even find the right resources. Sometimes it feels like no one really gets it. That’s why I wanted to create a place where people can read real stories, get practical tools, and see that they’re not alone.
Mental health isn’t just about “fixing problems.” It’s about learning to cope, finding small moments of hope, and choosing to keep going even when things feel impossible. That’s why I named this project Choosing Tomorrow, because every day we have a choice to try again, even in small ways.
On this website, you’ll find stories, tips, coping tools, quotes, and reminders that it’s okay to struggle. My goal isn’t to have all the answers, it’s to share experiences, start conversations, and create a supportive community where people can feel less alone.
I decided to do this because I believe that even small steps can make a big difference. And if this site helps just one person feel a little lighter or more understood, then it’s already worth it.
Thank you for stopping by, and for choosing to show up for yourself. That’s the first, and sometimes hardest step.
